Honoured to be part of the inspiring programme “Celebrating Women Workers: Dreams, Dignity and Determination” organized by CBCI Labour Commission and Workers India Federation (WIF) Northern Region at Carmel Niwas, Okhla.
I had the opportunity to interact with courageous and hardworking women workers whose stories reflected resilience, sacrifice, and determination. Our discussion focused on workers’ rights, dignity of labour, social justice, gender equality, and the importance of collective empowerment.
The active participation and spirit shown by everyone present reaffirmed the need to continue building inclusive spaces where women workers are heard, respected, and supported.
My sincere thanks to the organizers, religious leaders, coordinators, and all participants for the warm hospitality and meaningful engagement.
